coconut - a lot
strawberries = subtly
cinnamon = present
Very intensively anaerobic coconut coffee. As long as it's warm, it leaves a rather strange feeling on the tongue, but it's not particularly unpleasant, just strange. It's not something I want to drink every day, but it's certainly not a bad coffee. Coconut lovers can add half a point and anaerobes another half point.
a little too much coconut
a little too anaerobic
not very balanced, not very complex
Recipe
Preparation method: Tricolate
Coffee (g): 10
Water (g): 220
Water temperature: 100
Grinder (settings): 4/11 Fellow Ode v1.1, SSP brew burrs
Process: Pour in 50g, leave for 35 seconds, add the rest of the water, stir lightly, wait until it drips, drink.

Thanks to the very intense taste, it can also be prepared in a ratio of 1:25 in most "no bypass" filters. That is Tricolate, Karlsbad Dripper, etc.

We like experimental coffees. We've tasted more from Rafael Vihnal, but this one didn't really sit well with me. Not that it's not good, but the flavor profile is not my cup of coffee

floral sweet aroma of the grains and the drink itself
high sweetness makes this coffee an experience like from a candy store
at the same time, I have a lower body, so it's not overpowering

So far the most interesting Brazil I've had so far
It didn't excite me much at first, but it was quite tasty on ice, turning into a more fruity one
I just couldn't find the expected coconut in the taste, maybe chocolate with a little coconut?
Too dense and heavy taste
Maybe it just needs a different recipe... or different taste buds :D

Some coconut notes with very interesting aroma both during grinding and during crust break
Full bodied and moderately sweet
Very little acidity, coconut notes are present but not very pronounced.
Almost tobacco-like aftertaste notes
