What a blast! What a blast!
It's sooooo rosemary, I've never tasted coffee like this. Beans smell like rosemary, grounds as well.
In the cup it's not only rosemary but you can get elderflower as well with nice acidity giving the cup perfect balance
I will remember this coffee, it is a pure gem!
Herbal side might overwhelm the cup but seriously... none of the coffees I have had in my life were as herbal as this one! Maybe Colombia Purple Caturra Citric
