A lot of citrousy juice
A little cane sugar
Not a bad coffee actually, but difficult to reccomend
The packaging is wonderful to the eye and to the touch
Not much else
The acidity is just hinted, could be much better
Quite difficult to extract the flavours without either overextracting or ending with a bland cup
Recipe
If done well, this coffee can be very juicy. Not a bad coffee overall if you like it, but difficult to reccomend when there are a lot of other beans offering the same profile while being much easier to extract. Don't skip this roaster's coffees though, some of them can be very tasty!

Beautiful packaging
Super fruity notes and zero bitterness at the filter
Paradoxically, the mocha pot pulled out a fruitier and more acidic dose than the filter
Extraction with the filter takes a long time (clogs), I changed the grinding size 4 times.
Fruit and acidity could be more pronounced with a filter

Overall, it was a good experience tasting these coffee beans. I did like a chocolate-like bitterness
Nothing else really stood out
