Refreshing, easy to drink
Apparently, an infusion took place during the process; I don't mind that in and of itself, but it should be communicated transparently, not hidden behind the term "co-fermentation."

I was not a huge fan initially because it is quite boozy and one-dimensional and you should probably adjust something about brewing methods
I liked it very much as late day / afternoon espresso

It is a pleasantly fruity and acidic coffee
You have to try it chilled to about 30 degrees—it’s an absolute delight
No eucalyptus / herbal notes for me
