a refreshing experience with the fruity flavor of co-fermentation
The fruity flavor from the co-fermentation is already quite pronounced—a nice one-time experience, but not exactly a contender for a daily driver

Juiciness & fruitiness
Fruity and milky/kefir-like aroma and flavor characteristics, reminiscent of mango lassi, tropical fruit milkshakes, and candies
A surprising aroma/flavor profile, considering that the coffee is described as "washed" :) but is in fact a washed coffee that has undergone mosto/yeast fermentation and thermal shock processing

Wow, wow, wow! Now that really turned out great!
As soon as the bag was opened, an intense aroma of strawberries filled the air, which comes through beautifully in the flavor of the brewed cup.
A funky coffee that's perfect for sunny summer days :)

The Best Coffee from SUMMER & COLD BREW
As soon as it was ground, it was clear it was going to be great
Tropical juiciness and fruity gum—and the joy of taking a whiff of your cup
A rose-flavored aftertaste in the V60
Once cooled, the characteristic tartness/acidity of rhubarb (similar to Fiftybeans Colombia EDINSON ARGOTE)
My partner liked it, too :)
Recipe
Brew method: Pulsar / V60
Coffee (g): 20g / 20g
Water (g): 350g / 330g
Water temperature: 92–94°C (Lotus: Ultralight)
Grinder (setting): ZP6 (5.6) / Timemore 078 (14.5) {I could have gone even finer}
Process: 1 bloom with 75 g for about a minute, then the rest / and for the V60, 2 blooms of 30 seconds each, then the rest of the water {it poured much faster than usual}
