No Brand Roastery is a South Bohemian specialty coffee roastery that was born out of a desire to do things honestly, simply, and without unnecessary fuss. Two friends decided that coffee doesn't need flashy branding to be exceptional—all it needs is a pure origin, precise roasting, and a flavor that stands on its own. And that's what No Brand has been guided by from day one: giving space to the coffee itself, not the brand.
The roastery's story is based on a long-standing passion for quality beans and craftsmanship. Every coffee that passes through their roastery is the result of careful selection from responsible growers and partners who share the same values — transparency, fairness, and respect for the land on which the coffee grows. From Brazilian regions with a delicate sweetness and nutty tones, through Papuan and Peruvian micro-lots, to brightly fruity African coffees – the diversity of their offering reflects the world of specialty coffee in all its breadth.
Roasting is both a craft and a ritual here. Each batch is tuned to highlight the natural character of its origin, whether it's destined for an espresso cup or a filter. No Brand Roastery doesn't add any frills, but returns to the essence: coffee that smells of the work of the people at its origin and the honesty of the people who roast it. Today, No Brand Roastery sends its coffee to households and businesses throughout the Czech Republic. And even though interest and production are growing, the roastery still retains its character—calm, based on friendship, craftsmanship, and respect.
