Nie Czapla Coffee Roasters is a craft roastery of select coffee from Gdańsk, Poland, which focuses on freshness, simplicity, and an honest approach to bean selection. Located in the Wrzeszcz district, in addition to roasting, it also creates a space for the local community of coffee lovers to meet. Their approach is straightforward—high-quality raw materials, precise roasting, and a taste that speaks for itself.
The project began to take shape in 2016, when the brand itself and the first roasting facility were established. Gradually, not only the space but also the technology and roasting capacity developed. The team has grown over the years, and today the brand is backed by a group of people who share an emphasis on detail and long-term relationship building with customers and partners. The growth has been gradual and organic, without unnecessary haste.
Nie Czapla'smission is clear: to offer only select coffee and keep it as fresh as possible. Each bean is selected with regard to quality and flavor potential, and the roasting is adapted to each specific lot so that its character stands out in the cup. They focus on both home preparation and cooperation with cafes, emphasizing stability and consistent results.
Nie Czapla Coffee Roasters does not yet promote itself through competition awards or barista titles. They have no official awards to their name and do not build their identity on them.
