Complex aromas when ground coarse
Good potential
Difficult to achieve a good extraction on filter, regardless of method used.
Earthy/woody taste if you grind the beans more on the finer or medium side
Recipe
Method of preparation: V60
Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): 250
Water temperature: 90-92
Grinder (settings): 22 on Timemore Slim
Process: 50g bloom, then 2 or 3 pours (on your taste)

The description of the coffee and the appearance of the package attracted me. I was looking forward to an interesting coffee. But you might only get that from freshly roasted ones, which I wasn't lucky enough to do.
As mentioned by another user, the packaging is unsatisfactory. My beans were already smelled on the day of purchase and I could only imagine how this coffee might have tasted. A great pity not only for the consumer, but also for the roaster itself.

Very good coffee with a pleasant taste
Absolutely inappropriate packaging, coffee inside a can that does not leak, packed in a thin plain bag No aroma valve. I was lucky, the coffee was still not smelled, but it was already quite noticeable on Mwiria by Kalve. The can is great except for decoration.
