About Kalve Coffee Roasters

Kalve Coffee Roasters is a roastery from Latvia.

The company was founded by a team of coffee professionals in Latvia with the aim of developing and strengthening the culture of coffee production and preparation.

We really appreciate the work that is spent on growing coffee, collecting it ripe and careful processing. During our roasting, we want to respect the work done and highlight the specific characteristics of the origin of coffee.

We value excellent taste, environmental responsibility and great product design. We carefully select and roast green coffee according to the highest international standards and are constantly educated in every aspect of coffee. Our work is to create values that create heritage.

To ensure consistent quality, we have invested in a variety of tools to help ensure this. For each batch, the density and humidity are measured before roasting and the roasting color is measured after that.

Each roast is then cupped according to the SCAA protocol, thoroughly evaluated to ensure that the guest enjoys a truly sensational, consistent and enjoyable cup of coffee.

If you want your guests to feel happy, it requires a little more than just a great cup of coffee. We provide top training for baristas, free delivery of goods, tailor-made bar improvements and regular quality checks.

What inspires us is the experiences of other people, and through our work we want to tell these stories not only to coffee lovers, but to everyone we work with.
