C'est un café particulièrement intéressant mais j'ai énormément de mal à en extraire les saveurs. Je possède différentes méthodes d'extraction et les résultats n'arrivent pas au niveau du potentiel de ce café. Soit il nécessite beaucoup de soin et une bonne technicité pour l'extraire, soit la grande différence de couleur des grains peut expliquer une torréfaction non homogène.
Torréfaction non homogène, difficile à extraire.
