All coffees are roasted on a reliable Giesen W15A machine, which allows them to roast up to a bag of coffee per hour – efficiently, consistently, and with respect for the final flavor profile. Importantly, not only do they pay more than the Fairtrade standard price, but they also participate in local initiatives, from composting coffee bean husks to reusing empty coffee bags in community projects.
