This coffee is of appallingly poor quality. It contains a lot of defective, hard beans that jam my Sage grinder. If you don't want to ruin your grinder, don't buy this.

Dos Mundos roastery failed in this regard. The coffee has a strong chemical aroma, like some kind of floral perfume. Very unpleasant to drink.

So this is the first filter in the last 8 months for my daily morning coffee that didn't fit me from the moment I cut open the bag :-). I have a hard time finding a description of the smell and the corresponding taste, probably those are the first two tropical descriptions that I didn't know :D. Very intense meadow stuff.

Preparation method: Hoffman V60
Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): 200
Water temperature: 95
Grinder (settings): Comandante +- 24
