The beans, carefully roasted right in the roastery, are individually portioned into bags, sealed, and preserved with nitrogen to ensure freshness and quality. Each of these coffee experiences originates from carefully selected beans from Colombia, Kenya, and Ethiopia, sourced from farming communities at high altitudes. Thanks to the specific terroir of each country, every coffee offers a unique flavor profile. The Ethiopian Mango Tango was processed using the natural method, in which the beans are dried directly inside the fruit, giving the coffee a deep, fruity richness. The Colombian Melon Splash was created using the co-fermentation method, where the beans ferment together with added fruits, which enrich the entire process with an additional layer of flavor. Kenyan Cassis is processed using the washed method, in which the skin and pulp are removed before fermentation, giving the coffee a clean profile and precisely defined flavors.
