I only used it for espresso; I haven't tried it with a filter—it makes a good, rich coffee with fairly pronounced acidity
Delicious with or without milk
Complex flavor
I bought it on some random sale for 170 CZK, which is probably the cheapest coffee I've ever seen on Kofia
Recipe
Brewing method: Espresso (Lelit Mara X)
Grinder (setting): You really need to grind it very finely—probably because it’s an all-purpose coffee. I used setting 2.4 on the 1Zpresso K-Plus, which is really fine; otherwise, the coffee will pour through the portafilter like a waterfall.
