This slogan can be used to describe the activity of El Gato Coffee Roasters. This passion manifests itself in several ways at El Gato. The main ones are authenticity, discovery and travel.

It was traveling that led the founders of the roastery, Dominica and Michal, to the idea of ​​opening a roastery. As part of their journeys, they observed the very journey of coffee - from the bean to the cup - with great attention and interest. Their journeys and the journeys of the grains fascinated them so much that in 2018 they decided to start their own roastery. In the same year, they learned to insult coffee from Agniezska Rojewska - multiple champion of the World Barista competition. Their goal is to provide excellent coffee to as many people as possible, which will help them to travel to the very special places where the coffee cherries ripen.

They maintain a coffee blog where they try to inform the wider public about trends in the world of fine coffee.



The El Gato roastery has a long history of success in the coffee industry. For example, joining the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) in 2021 is not to be missed. The following year, they received Family Business certification and launched their own mobile application, which created the El Gato Coffee Club.
