I guessed Africa, washed by the smell.
Kava is not clear, I used two filters, I guess I don't do much aetopress lately.
The coffee is a bit bitter, it's nothing fancy, there is a clear taste in the background, which they call themselves fresh roasted coffee, but fortunately only in the background. After cooling, acidity and a little dryness appear. Mudiness on the tongue. I will probably look for other paper filters for the Aeropress.
The woman says arrowroot, later arrowroot (tea?), maybe blackberries in the scent as you read, she doesn't know what molasses is.
The woman says the coffee is very hot, she was not very impressed. She seemed to like it, but she didn't like it.
Recipe
Preparation method: Aeropress, reverse method
Coffee (g): 21
Water (g): 250+100
Water temperature: 75+90
Grinder (settings): J-max 2 6 0
Process: pouring 45g of 75 degree water. After some time of unsuccessful search, the michatka was mixed with a spoon, topped up with warmer water up to 250, then sometimes mixed again, two moistened filters were put on, pushed into a milk jug. 215g of drink came out. 15g poured for tasting, water added to about 320? I don't know anymore.
