Jingle beans, jingle beans... this Christmas limited edition from New Ground Coffee, just like Christmas songs, will stick in your head. The beans hidden in this tin are a blend of juicy and complex Guatemalan and sweet Nicaraguan beans, which, thanks to anaerobic and washed processing, give the coffee a profile of fruit with Christmas spices, cranberry acidity with hints of dark chocolate, perfectly complementing the Christmas atmosphere. Thanks to the omni roast, you can enjoy the holidays with your favorite filter coffee or with milk in an espresso.

New Grounds Coffee, originally from Oxford, is not only interested in its high-quality and carefully roasted coffee, but also in its impact on the environment and society. Through the NewGround Foundation, its goal is to provide former prisoners with job opportunities and training so that they can turn their lives around for the better and not return to crime. The roastery is also B Corp certified and actively reduces its carbon footprint by using renewable resources in the roasting process. They source green coffee beans from small farms around the world and bring out their magic by roasting them.

This blend is processed using two methods—anaerobic natural and washed. In the anaerobic method, the beans are dried in whole cherries, but fermentation takes place in closed tanks without access to oxygen. This gives the coffee a more pronounced, often wild profile. In the washed process, after harvesting from the cherries, the skin and most of the pulp are first removed, and after fermentation, the coffee is washed and the pulp residues are removed. This gives the coffee a light and fresh taste. Both methods are followed by drying on African beds, and after resting, the beans are taken to the roastery, where they are transformed into the perfect blend for your cup.
