It was created by Hendra Maulizar, one of the most progressive producers in the country. Thanks to the anaerobic fermentation method, it combines years of experimentation, work with the local community, and a constant desire to push quality further. The result is a coffee that combines tradition with new ideas and offers a cup full of character and originality.
This Indonesian paradise is hidden in ten hectares nestled in the green mountains of Aceh, where nature gives coffee its strength and character. The farm has modern facilities—from a wet mill to gravity washing channels to raised drying beds—that ensure careful processing of each bean. Hendra also runs a nursery with new varieties such as Abyssinia, and with each experiment, he seeks to push the flavor potential of this region.
Since 2010, Hendra Maulizar has been transforming the family farm into a place of innovation and shared passion. He works with more than seventy local families to build a sustainable, high-quality project. His dedication brought him well-deserved recognition in 2021 – 7th place in the Cup of Excellence Indonesia competition.
