Very fruity, nice acidity, for me it is the ideal summer coffee.

Method of preparation: Aeropress standard orientation
Coffee (g): 12.5
Water (g): 200
Water temperature: 100
Grinder (settings): Kingrinder K6 40 clicks
Process: bloom with 40g of water for 30sec. During blooming stir the coffee with a thin chopstick back and forth to eliminate the clumps, and create a flat coffee bed. Pour the remaining water, then insert the plunge immediately. Wait until 1:50, then slowly press. It should finish aroun 3 minutes.
