Slightly fruity
Delicate
It is pretty bland tasting for a specialty coffee, no matter the water temperature and grind size.
Requires long brew times in french press.
Recipe
Method of preparation: French press with a paper filter
Coffee (g): 20
Water (g): 320
Water temperature: 100 / 95 / 93
Grinder (settings): 10A Baratza Sette 30
Process: Pre-heated french press, 3 minutes of steering, 15 or 17 minutes total brewing time.
