presents a cup that smells like the holidays themselves – a limited edition Christmas blend from Ethiopia, roasted purely for filter coffee. Immediately after pouring , a pleasant sweetness reminiscent of Christmas punch opens up , accompanied by spicy notes of cinnamon and star anise. It is a lively, joyful, and yet extremely drinkable coffee, ideal for quiet mornings under the blanket and for afternoon moments when the smell of gingerbread and pine fills the house. In a V60, dripper, or batch brew, it retains its purity and long sweet aftertaste – exactly the kind of filter that will disappear from your home the fastest.

The beans come from small growers who bring their cherries to the Negele Gorbitu Cooperation. Yirgacheffe, the heart of Ethiopian coffee, means high altitudes of 1,995–2,020 m above sea level, humid mists in the morning and cooler nights – conditions in which coffee cherries ripen slowly and concentrate their sweetness. In the farmers' baskets , you will find the traditional local Kurume, Dega, and Wolisho varieties , known for their delicate floral spectrum and tea-like elegance; they are responsible for making this cup light yet full of layers. The cooperative ensures careful sorting, quality control, and fair purchasing, resulting in a stable, beautifully clean lot with a cupping score of 88+ from the 24/25 harvest—a coffee that honors the Yirgacheffe tradition while daring to offer a modern, fruity expression.

Processing is anaerobic – after selective harvesting, the coffee cherries undergo strict sorting and are then stored in closed containers with limited oxygen access. In this environment, controlled fermentation takes place, which enhances the fruity esters and promotes sweetness without introducing unwanted tones into the cup. After fermentation, the beans are gently dried on raised beds and carefully monitored for moisture to "lock in" the flavor and keep it crystal clear.
