A coffee that will delight every lover of traditional Ethiopian varieties with their typical delicate flavor profile. That's exactly what Keramo coffee from the Mazelab Coffee roastery in Prague is like. From the very first sip, delicate floral tones unfold in the cup, transitioning into the sweet aroma of ripe fruit. The taste reveals notes ofwhitepeach and mandarin, accompanied by a light citrus acidity. It is a fresh, clean, and elegant coffee—ideal for anyone who enjoys a light, almost tea-like cup.
This exceptional lot comes from the Sidama region of Ethiopia, specifically from the village of Keramo, where coffee is grown at an altitude of over 2,200 meters above sea level. The producer is Faysel Abdosh, founder of Testi Coffee and a renowned Ethiopian specialty coffee expert, who takes incredible care in selecting farmers and supervising every step of the processing. His philosophy is based on respect for nature and the people who grow coffee. The result is a coffee with exceptional purity and a profile that reflects the best of the Ethiopian mountains - delicacy, balance, and irresistible character.
The coffee beans of the traditional Ethiopian variety were processed using the "washed" method. With this method, ripe cherries are hand-picked, sorted, and then fermented and dried on raised African beds. This results in coffee with a delicate sweetness, purity, and bright character. The result is a cup that bears the signature of Faysel Abdoshe and his team—delicacy, balance, and the authentic expression of Ethiopian specialty coffee.
