Recipe
Preparation method: 4:6 v1.1
Coffee (g): 20
Water (g): 300
Water temperature: 92
Grinder (settings): Commandante 35 cranks
Process: 0:00 - 0:40 30g (30g), 0:40 - 1:30 70g (100g), 1:30 - 2:00 100g (200g), 2:00 - 2:30 50g (250g), 2:30 - 3:00 50g (300g), 3:00 end. I then mix the result with a spoon 6 times clockwise, and immediately 6 times counterclockwise (I do this 4 times = after 6x4 and against 6x4), and then I take the liquid from the bottom 6 times with a spoon and let it slowly overflow/drip from the spoon back to the result/ the rest, then I let it stand for another 1-2 minutes before I start drinking.
