My taste buds enjoy not only high-quality coffee, but also Irish whiskey itself, so finding out that there is coffee that matured in whiskey boxes did not leave me cold and I immediately ordered. I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised after the first taste. I prepared coffee on an aeropress using the inverse method. However, I think that this is not a coffee that I would drink every day. Rather occasionally about 2.3 times a week and alternate it with other species to preserve the unique taste.

You can really smell the whiskey even in the aroma of the resulting coffee

Very well balanced taste and smell, it all harmonizes perfectly so that the smell of whiskey stands out, but does not overpower everything else

Recipe

I tried it as an espresso, not yet a filter. I didn't like the Cey Mokka that much, but maybe I just don't know how to do it properly. :)

I love the specific taste of Ethiopian coffee and when combined with a light note of whiskey, it's quite a match made in heaven! ♥ I can also smell the beer there, in a very slight hint. :) A really quality product that is worth every penny!
