Each sip reflects the specific terroir of Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, renowned for its complexity and floral notes. The ideal choice for anyone looking for a cup that is delicate yet distinctive.
The coffee beans come from the Oromia region, specifically the Yirgacheffe region in southwestern Ethiopia. This region is one of the most famous coffee-growing areas in the world thanks to its tropical climate, fertile soil, and high altitude of over 2,000 meters. Coffee trees ripen more slowly here, which contributes to the development of complex flavors. The coffee was processed at the Adorsi station in the village of Aricha, which has been operating since 2018 under the management of Testi Coffee. The company works with approximately 800 farmers in the area and is one of the leading suppliers of specialty coffee from Ethiopia.
The coffee was processed using the dry (natural) method, which gives it its characteristic fruity sweetness and full body. After careful hand picking, the cherries are dried on African beds, where they are regularly turned and sorted. This process takes several weeks and takes place in direct sunlight, which promotes the intense development of flavors. The result is a coffee that stands out for its fruity notes, while maintaining a delicate balance and natural sweetness.
