An office without coffee? Impossible. Deskpresso BLONDE from Illegal Beans will save you even on Friday afternoons. Its delicate yet pleasantly smooth profile will soothe you even after an unpleasant meeting. Bitter but silky cocoa, walnuts, and juicy cherries. This coffee does not have high acidity, which is suitable for everyday drinking, especially in an office environment, where it will be reliable and neutral for all colleagues, while also interesting enough not to offend even the most demanding coffee lovers.

The blend consists of 60% Ugandan coffee, specifically from the Rwenzori region. The coffee is grown at an altitude of up to 2,000 meters above sea level. After harvesting, the cherries are sent to the Agri Evolve processing station, where they undergo precise processing - the cherries are sorted, dry fermented for 48 hours, then soaked and slowly dried. This ensures a consistent flavor for the beans. The remaining 40% of Brazil comes from the Fazenda do Salto farm in the heart of Brazil's Sul de Minas. It is run by the fifth generation of the Reis family, specifically Otávio. It has held Rainforest Alliance certification for over 15 years, which is not just a stamp, but a commitment to caring for people, the land, and the entire ecosystem around it. They show that sustainable production and top-notch flavor go hand in hand.

Uganda brings freshness, Brazil brings sweetness. The roast remains lighter, so the body is delicate, with minimal acidity and more chocolate tones - a caffeine fix that will keep everyone going. The blend is quite versatile, designed for espresso. However, you can also prepare it in a more alternative way in a moka pot.
