The beans come from the Hacienda La Luisa Norte farm, which is part of the Beneficio La Eva project. This provides a stable ecosystem, natural shade, and clean water, allowing the Marsellesa coffee trees to ripen slowly and evenly. This coffee is processed directly at the Beneficio La Eva station, where emphasis is placed on precision and a sensitive approach to each lot. Handpicking ensures that only perfectly ripe cherries enter fermentation.
