About Supremo

Introducing the roastery, the myth, the legend: Supremo Coffee Roasters, a pioneering German roastery owned by Raphael Braune. But you can also have this name associated with the iconic brand Comandante, which was founded by Raphael. To make matters worse, Raphael bought a plot of land in Costa Rica and established his own farm, Finca Doña Elsa. And all this together with his father (who is also the CEO of Comandante) Bernd Braun.

There's nothing that describes this roastery better than the words of Raphael himself:

Nic
Flavored coffee roasted for espresso and used for filter. I really don't recommend it.
Flows very fast (V60 - 2:20) - had to set my Timemore Slim grinder to 22 cranks to stay at 2:30
The taste is very bland and empty coffee. Unfortunately
