Just the right amount of tartness—it's not too tart
The profile matches the description perfectly—a more pronounced cocoa finish; an interesting coffee
More expensive, but reeeally interesting
Recipe
Brew Method: V60
Coffee (g): 15g
Water (g): 250ml
Water temperature: 95 (rinse the filter—it gradually drops to about 94–93; I use this for the coffee)
Grinder (setting): 11.2 (Timemore C5)
Process:
Bloom + slow pour, pausing occasionally (I don’t do this perfectly)
I finish at 2:30–2:45
