The cold brew method worked pretty well
I guess I don't know how to work with this coffee, but using a V60 with various preparations, I couldn't conjure up anything better than "sock broth." I was really looking forward to it.
Recipe
Preparation method: V60 Coffee (g): 20 Water (g): 300
Water temperature: 88°C - 95°C (try different temperatures) Grinder (settings): Comandante C40 MK4 (20 to 25 clicks) Process: Kasuya 4:6 or 50g blooming 45s 50g 100g 100g
