Bright, fruity, sweet
Nothing too funky, it is gentle yet sweet. Like its name the coffee reminds me of spring
Good for everyday cup, just don’t expect something too special
There is a slight bitterness in my cup, I changed the grinder settings (went finer then coarser) and water temperature but it is still there.
Recipe
Method of preparation: V60
Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): 250 ml
Water temperature: 92
Grinder (settings): K-Pro 7.3
Process: 0:00-0:30 50 ml bloom
0:35-0:45 150ml total
0:50-1:10 250 ml total
