A fresh scent
It didn't appeal to me. It had a sour taste without much complexity. I tried it three times (twice in a French press, once in a Bialetti), and neither I nor my colleague was impressed. It's not a bad coffee—I'm sure it will find its fans—but I wouldn't buy it again.
Recipe
Brew Method: French Press
Coffee (g): 20 g
Water (g): 270 ml
Water Temperature: 90–95 degrees Celsius
Grinder (setting): Timemore Chestnut C2, ground to a coarse consistency
Process: Hoffman Method (4 + 8 minutes)
