This Colombian Geisha welcomes you with the freshness of ripe tropical fruit, especially juicy mango. This fruity base blends with a delicate, slightly sweet line of elderflower, which gives the cup an ethereal and floral airiness. Finally, jasmine enters with its characteristic elegance, creating a clean and long finish. Overall, the taste is refined and delicate, yet does not lose its intensity. It is a coffee that has the ability to offer something new with every sip, which is why it is ideal for slow enjoyment.

Finca Monteblanco is located in the heart of the Huila region, at an altitude of 1,730 meters. It is home to Rodrigo Sánchez, whose work and experiments have become synonymous with innovation and top quality. The farm is the result of a long-standing family tradition, but also the courage to try new techniques that push the limits of what Colombian coffee can offer. The combination of rich volcanic soil, a stable climate, and a careful approach to cultivation creates conditions that allow the Geisha variety to reach its maximum potential.

This lot was prepared using the Gold Gran Cru Washed method, which draws inspiration from the world of champagne (a term borrowed from the world of wine, where "Grand Cru" refers to wines of the highest quality from exceptional locations). The cherries are carefully hand-picked, washed, and processed with the utmost consistency to achieve exceptional purity and clarity in the cup. The result is a coffee that not only highlights the typical characteristics of the Geisha variety, but also raises the bar of excellence even higher. The high altitude of the farm, rich soil, and specific microclimate of the Huila region provide ideal conditions for the slow ripening of cherries and the development of a complex flavor profile.
