Pleasant, but unremarkable
I had a similar one from Kaffa, and it had a stronger flavor and tasted better. This one was a bit bland to me.

Great for cold drip, too—both the aroma and the flavor

It's a bit fuller-bodied as a cold brew; I detect dark chocolate and more acidity.
It's smoother on the V60; I can taste milk chocolate and more sweetness
Very fragrant when dry
The scent has faded a bit

A pleasant, easy-to-drink coffee. Full-bodied with a good flavor.
The fruitiness was more noticeable in the hot preparation
The cold brew was good, but it didn't really appeal to us. Just a good cold brew.
Recipe
Brew Method: Cold brew | V60
Coffee (g): 30g | 15g
Water (g): 300ml | 250ml
Water Temperature: room temperature | 91 degrees
Grinder (setting): 1ZPRESSO quick air 99 | 60 clicks
Process: Pour coffee into a container, add water, stir, and let it sit for 16 hours. After 16 hours, pour through the V60 and place in the refrigerator to chill.
For the V60:
I rinse the V60 filter with water, add the ground coffee, pour 50 ml of water over it, and let it bloom for 30 seconds. Then I pour to 110 ml at 0:30, to 200 ml at 1:00, and to 250 ml at 1:30; at 2:30–45, I remove the V60 and the coffee is ready.

Flavour intensity
Juicy (tropical fruits, plums etc)
Aroma and taste characteristics that remind of a typical anaerobic or CM fermentation coffee e.g. vinegary/liquery notes, sharp acidity

I could taste chocolate more than tropical fruit, so personally, it didn't really appeal to me, but my husband, on the other hand, liked it. This was the coffee we disagreed on the most when rating it,

Caramel, sweet notes -> a more pronounced chocolate flavor than any fruit
A friend of mine drank almost the whole thing—he really liked it
