Colombia from No Brand Roastery is roasted for filter coffee and is aimed directly at lovers of distinctly fruity cups. The flavor includes juicy dragon fruit, sweet apricots, and bright raspberries, supported by a long, clean aftertaste. The body has a slightly "teary" effect, the acidity is sparkling but refined, so the coffee remains perfectly drinkable even when poured for longer. Monteblanco shows a modern, playful take on Colombia in this presentation: high sweetness, fun aromatics, and a profile that shines in V60, dripper, and Chemex.

The coffee comes from Finca Monteblanco in the Huila region , run by producer Rodrigo Sánchez and his family. The farm is located at an altitude of approximately 1,500–1,800 meters above sea level and has long been known for its emphasis on precise selective harvesting, working with microclimates, and controlled fermentation. They grow several varieties of Arabica (including Caturra and Bourbon) on smaller, carefully managed plots; the combination of the Andean climate, rich soils, and thoughtful agronomy is reflected in the cup in the form of bright, layered fruit without any distracting tones. Monteblanco is one of the farms that combines tradition with experimentation – which is why their lots are regularly among the most interesting in Huila.

Processing was carried out using the washed method with carbonic maceration. Fully ripe cherries are sealed in stainless steel containers, where controlled carbonic maceration takes place in a controlled CO₂ environment. This breaks down sugars and enhances fruit esters directly in the whole fruit, resulting in an intense, clean aroma without heavy fermentation tones. After maceration, the fruit is destemmed, washed, and gently dried to stabilize the profile and keep it clear. This process brings out notes of dragon fruit, apricots, and raspberries, supported by high sweetness and an elegant structure—exactly the type of filter you'll enjoy both during a slow weekend watering and in your daily routine.
