This coffee offers you a liberal alternative to more conservative flavors. It's not about completely crazy flavors, but something you won't find in non-experimental coffees.

- Pour 3x the weight of the beans in water for the bloom (= 42 g)
- Wait for 1 Minute
- Steadily pour the rest of the water up to 200 g (~5-6 ml/s)
- Wait for the drawdown to complete (should take around 3 minutes from start to finish)
