If you like cardamom, you'll love this
I expected a sweeter taste
The aroma of cardamom is too strong for me.
Recipe
After four weeks, I managed to brew coffee with the taste of cinnamon, cardamom, biscuits, and Turkish honey (although I didn't like the combination of cinnamon and slight acidity).

tasting notes are somewhat accurate
hype: I seem to have a very different taste from all those positive reviews, but I just couldn't like it, even if I tried really hard to like it
to me: overly cinnamon/cardamom notes that are not integrated with the rest of the notes

Method of preparation: high extraction is key, 98-99C and 1:18 ratio to extract enough to counteract the blatantly obvious flavors and make them more integrated. V60.

Interesting and balanced coffee, tastes like carrot cake.
The coffee is not bad, but this flavor is not my cup of tea, apart from the cardamom, I smell carrots in it and I have trouble finishing the pack....

Gentle sweetness that turns slightly sour
Beautiful fragrance in bloom
It smells like milky cake at most
I'm still new to coffee, so I don't know what to expect for this price tag, but the size of the coffee beans wasn't very consistent

Preparation method: Aeropress
Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): 230
Water temperature: 95-100 °C
Grinder (settings): Timemore C3, 13 clicks
Process: Aeropress Flow control, 30g of boiling water, 30s bloom, add 200ml and cover at 1 minute, mix briefly after a minute and cover again, start press at 3:00, finish around 3:30

interesting and atypical coffee, I smell the aroma of pistachios the most, it feels so "smooth" to creamy
I bought the package mostly because of all the "hype" around it, good for tasting, but not to buy it again

Grinder (setting): Comandante, around 30-33 cranks
Process: 40 sec bloom, then faster infusion up to 100g and up to 50 sec, after a minute the rest of the water more slowly

nice coffee. which does not offend (it was given by an opponent of non-unified coffees) :-D
goes well with milk
the spice was noticeable in the taste
apparently due to the preparation method, I could not taste the vanilla cake
