The pistachios are in the first place, the cake somewhere completely in the background
Better not to make fresh, but wait at least a week. I had it freshly roasted for 5 days and the first half of the package didn't taste good at all with different recipes. Only after a week (ie almost 2 weeks after roasting) did it start to taste a bit pleasant.
Definitely does not taste "like cake"

Unfortunately, I should have written one of the few bad reviews, because I kind of chose this coffee based on the reviews. Everyone is satisfied, the coffee has an excellent rating, but it disappointed me personally. I wouldn't recommend for fruity/sour coffee lovers.
Recipe: V60, I've tried more recipes from here, but I think the main mistake was choosing based on rating/popularity and not waiting a week for it to taste good.
