When it comes to fruit, finding a passion fruit isn't the least bit of a problem.
A very pleasant co-ferment
The cold drip was great, and even the V60 didn't disappoint

Very fruity
You can only smell the passion fruit
Fruity in both cold brew and V60
For me, it tastes best when served chilled in a V60 (it cuts through the passion fruit's acidity)
Even though I like co-ferments, this one just didn't work for me in cold brew
Passion fruit is very sour; I don't really think this fruit goes well with coffee.

Delightfully fruity, whether served cold or hot
The cold version brought out the fruity freshness more
The fermentation isn't very pronounced
Recipe
Brew Method: Cold brew | V60
Coffee (g): 30g | 15g
Water (g): 300ml | 250ml
Water Temperature: room temperature | 91 degrees
Grinder (setting): 1ZPRESSO quick air 99 | 60 clicks
Process: Pour coffee into a container, add water, stir, and let it sit for 16 hours. After 16 hours, pour through the V60 and place in the refrigerator to chill.
For the V60:
I rinse the V60 filter with water, add the ground coffee, pour 50 ml of water over it, and let it bloom for 30 seconds. Then I pour to 110 ml at 0:30, to 200 ml at 1:00, and to 250 ml at 1:30; at 2:30–45, I remove the V60 and the coffee is ready.

Sweet, fruity, intense
Well balanced for a co-fermented coffee, not overhelming, comparable to a good mosto-fermented or thermal-shock coffee. I'd pull this off as a daily coffee if I had whole package

Perfect both hot and cold
Surprisingly, I could even imagine drinking it hot for a long time, which is something I don't usually do with fermented drinks.
Cold drip is great!

Fun Coffee
The distinctive flavor of passion fruit
I guess I was really looking forward to it, since I usually really enjoy co-fermented coffee—but it just wasn't my thing; maybe I'm just not a fan of passion fruit and coffee.

A Typical Summer Coffee
You can taste the passion fruit, but it doesn't overpower the other flavors as much as other co-ferments do... I also detect a hint of milk chocolate in the aftertaste.
