The coffee comes from the Finca El Turpial farm in Colombia’s Nariño region, one of the highest-altitude growing areas in the country. The producer is Emerson Felipe Narvaez, who grows the Gesha variety here at an elevation of approximately 2,780 meters above sea level. This high altitude creates ideal conditions for the slow ripening of coffee cherries, allowing delicate aromatic compounds and a more pronounced sweetness to develop. The beans were processed using the washed method, which is among the cleanest ways to process coffee.
