strong (in my opinion, pleasant) taste and aroma, typical of anaerobic fermentation processes
doesn't taste like regular washed coffee
is very specific and definitely won't appeal to everyone
Perhaps the taste of dried strawberries is too strong; I would like to feel something fresher there.
