At first, it was really hard to describe what it tastes like. Some yellow to orange tropical fruit burst right out of the bag with some fermented colombian sour to bitter aftertaste. It reminded me of Nestor Lasso's last year lot roasted by Chroasters – bright and tropical fermented colombian beans. The time passed on, I was drinking it for a month and through time it's profile changed to something more prominent with distinct notes of ripe banana (the one you can find in your dessert or pie, I believe) and chocolate brownie's body with dark chocolate bitterness and mangoish sour accent flickering the tip of the tongue right after the sip.
