I am not an expert, but to me the smell is wonderful. It really smells like jasmine, and the flower notes appear in the taste as well. It's quite unique.

Noticeable yet mild notes of tea
It's somewhere in-between an earl grey and a light roasted coffee
A good pick for gently starting the day
I could not get the vanilla out of it
If you're on a hunt for a strong floral profile, you might wanna pass

Unfortunately, I wasn't very impressed.
The mentioned flavor profile is not very noticeable.
I expected more from such a special edition.

Very reminiscent of tea, just that much more complex and fragrant
Amazingly light coffee with lots of floral tones
Pleasant acidity that does not take the fragile taste of coffee
Almost no bitterness, which was a surprise, as at first glance the grains are quite dark, but in the roaster they obviously know what they are doing
I just had to get a second bag of this goodness
Coffee is the best around the first to the second week and unfortunately ages quickly. The delicate scent disappears, and around the third week of roasting, it is much harder to make a cup as I remember it when the coffee was fresh. But it probably belongs to the fact that the grains are surprisingly dark. Prefer to hide half the bag in the freezer

I don't know if it's the roasting date, but I can't identify any interesting flavors in the coffee, I've tried several different recipes and using a dripper, but I haven't been able to get anything out of the coffee that makes me happy - I really expected more
