The coffee comes from the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil, which is known for its volcanic soil and stable climate, creating ideal conditions for growing high-quality coffee. With an altitude of over 960 meters above sea level, the region offers fertile soil and warm weather, which contributes to the balanced flavor and full body of this coffee. Cerrado Mineiro is home to a number of farmers who focus on sustainable cultivation and processing of coffee beans.

This coffee is processed using the Natural Anaerobic method with yeast inoculation, which means that the coffee cherries undergo fermentation in closed containers, creating specific fermentation conditions. After this phase, the beans are thoroughly rinsed and sun-dried, giving the coffee its unique profile – sweetness and smoothness that is perfectly balanced with fruity notes.

Interesting – the roast is dark, so it's very bitter and not very acidic – we brew it traditionally in a moka pot – as a bonus, it really does have the promised coconut aroma – but the aftertaste is more like cornflakes than Raffaello :-)
Rather for alternating to achieve a more distinctive aroma, similar to experimental beers from whiskey barrels, etc.
