The flavor profile suits the V60.
Did it taste like Milky Cake from DAK on the Aeropress?

Preparation method: V60 Coffee (g): 15g Water (g): 240g
Water temperature: 92 Grinder (setting): 26 / 78 clicks 1zPressoQ Process. Bloom 30 sec. Rest on one pour Flow rate 5-6 Preparation method: Aeropress Coffee (g): 11g
Water (g): 200 Water temperature: 95 Grinder (setting): 23 / 69 clicks 1zPressoQ Process. All water for one pour, insert plunger, leave for 2 minutes, then swirl, leave for half a minute and plunge for one minute.
