We present coffee from Brazil, lovingly roasted for you by the Krok roastery in Jičín. You will be enchanted by its perfectly balanced flavor profile. You can look forward to a deliciously creamy taste that elegantly combines sweet notes of caramel and fragrant gingerbread. This warming combination is wonderfully complemented by subtle notes of hazelnuts and high-quality milk chocolate. The result is a perfectly harmonious and full-bodied cup of coffee that is sure to delight anyone who loves sweeter and creamier flavors.

The coffee comes from the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, from the Cerrado Mineiro region. Its home is the São Silvestre farm in Serra do Salitre. The Andrade family, one of the oldest farming families in the entire region, is responsible for its cultivation. Brothers Ismael and Eduardo Andrade have been producing coffee here with great passion and respect for nature and people for over a hundred years. They purchased this farm in the early 1990s with the aim of improving the quality of their production. The local terroir is located at an altitude of 1,100 to 1,220 meters above sea level and boasts an ideally balanced alternation of rainy and dry seasons. It thus provides absolutely perfect conditions for growing a carefully selected blend of Yellow Catuaí, Red Catuaí, Yellow Bourbon, and Yellow Icatú varieties .

The processing of coffee cherries plays a key role in the final taste, which is why the pulped natural method is used for this coffee. In this process, the outer skin of ripe cherries is mechanically removed and the beans are then dried in the sun together with the remains of the sweet pulp. Thanks to this careful procedure, the beans get the best out of their casing and the coffee acquires its characteristic fullness and unusually distinctive sweetness.
