ABrazilian classic for every day! Jedno Kafe brings you an espresso you can rely on in the morning rush or during your weekend ritual. Roasted specifically for the lever, it highlights the best of the South Brazilian terroir. The taste combines sweet orange with smooth milk caramel, followed by a hint of cocoa on the palate, all rounded off with delicate, creamy cashews. The body is full and smooth, the acidity refined and friendly—just right for an espresso that tastes sweet and clean, without any sharp edges. In a clean shot, the cup is round and clear, while in a cappuccino, the profile beautifully shifts into dessert territory. Above all, however, it is a sure bet for the grinder: the coffee tastes "familiar," never offends, and always pleases—the ideal choice for a café or at home when you want consistent, chocolatey-nutty comfort with a spark of citrus freshness.

The beans come from the Pinhalão region in the state of Paraná and are produced by the CAPAL cooperative , which brings together around three hundred farming families. Together, they cultivate small and medium-sized plots at altitudes of around 800–1100 m above sea level, where the milder climate and stable sunshine promote even ripening of the cherries and natural sweetness. The region traditionally grows Mundo Novo, Bourbon, Catuaí, and Caturra varieties—hardy, high-yielding, and reliable in taste, offering a harmony of cocoa, caramel, and nuts. CAPAL ensures careful logistics and modern sorting in a central mill: each batch is traceable, and trained teams check for defects and moisture to ensure that the resulting flavor remains in a safe, pleasantly "homely" range.

Processing is done using natural methods – simply and honestly, as Brazil does best. Fully ripe cherries are hand-picked, left whole, and dried on terraces in the sun; regular turning and continuous temperature control prevent overheating and uneven drying. As the pulp gradually dries, it transfers sugars and fruit esters to the beans, resulting in a smooth sweetness, a chocolate-caramel core, and a subtle nutty note in the cup.
