Retention - leaves no residual coffee

The grinder drifted and released from the beginning of the grinding
When grinding coffee on espresso, it is stuck. According to the service (after the second complaint), the coffee coffee is too hard.
According to the complaint protocol, coffee oils can also be rusted. Probably some quality material that it can rust over oil.
I wouldn't buy this shop anymore to my worst enemy
