This special edition from Czech roaster The Naughty Dog, sourced from the Chapatá farm in Colombia, is like a Christmas dessert in a cup—sweet, warming, and full of festive spirit. The flavor combines notes of gingerbread, chocolate pralines, caramel fondant, and spices, complemented by the delicate fruitiness of red wine. The coffee has higher acidity, but remains beautifully balanced and velvety. Thanks to the omni roast, you can enjoy it both as a filter coffee and as an espresso. In both cases, it has a full body and a long, sweet aftertaste that lingers on the tongue long after the last sip.

The coffee comes from the Colombian region of Anserma in the Caldas area, where it is grown at an altitude of 1,790-2,200 meters above sea level on the Chapatá farm. Local producers combine traditional methods with modern processing techniques and take care to harvest only ripe cherries. Colombia, Castillo, and Caturra coffee trees grow here in mineral-rich volcanic soil, which gives the beans a natural sweetness and complex fruity character.

This lot was processedusing the honey method, which gives the coffee its typical smoothness and rich structure. After being peeled, the cherries are dried with part of the pulp, which gives the beans caramel and fruity notes. The result is a coffee that smells like Christmas gingerbread, tastes like pralines, and leaves a pleasantly spicy aftertaste. This makes it the ideal companion for winter holidays and quiet January mornings.

Meet the latest grinder from Timemore. The C3S PRO model in stylish black is the cousin and successor of the highly acclaimed C2 and C3 models that took the world of coffee and coffee beans by storm. Timemore constantly improves its products so that they can serve their users in the best possible way.

The C3S PRO version boasts, like the C3, the use of Spike to Cut (S2C) technology. You may notice that the inner lips have new vertical lines running through the top of them. This design cuts the coffee beans into smaller pieces prior to actual grinding, which is proven to provide a more consistent grind and faster performance. It is based on the Chestnut X grinders, but unlike this type they are 38mm instead of 42mm. Compared to the C3 version, this model features a folding handle, which will make the grinder even more compact. The aluminum alloy body makes the Timemore grinder a great lightweight coffee grinder for everyday use, travel or camping. At the same time, the resistance of the handle made of stainless steel and steel conical stones is guaranteed.

Compact but practical

The grinder is the perfect size and weighs just 530g, making it easy to hold and carry, but still has a decent capacity of 25 grams, enough to brew a cup or two in everyday use.
