Sibarist x SNAP filters were developed in collaboration between SNAP and Sibarist, and their geometry is designed specifically for the SNAP dripper. The goal is to enhance the very qualities that make this dripper stand out: clarity, sweetness, and the delicate, smooth texture of the resulting cup. If you already use the SNAP, these filters provide a combination that was developed from the start to work together seamlessly.
These filters draw on the experience of Barcelona-based Sibarist in developing specialty papers for brewing single-origin coffee. Similar to their CONE filters, they feature a precisely engineered geometry that influences how the filter sits in the dripper and the subsequent extraction process. The SNAP version has a cone angle of 58°, a top diameter of 118.84 mm, and a side length of 121.61 mm. So this isn’t just a universal paper filter inserted into another dripper, but a format created specifically for the SNAP.
The filters are made from 100% organic material. Their main purpose is simple: to form a well-matched pair with the SNAP dripper, helping to highlight the coffee’s clarity and sweetness during brewing while maintaining the cup’s pleasantly smooth character. Available in packs of 25.
